The project

A modern, clean looking architectural styled, 462 bed, student scheme in Leicester. Developed by Watkin Jones Group, the vacant land bounded by All Saints Road, Bath Lane.

R&A Installations Ltd fitted 4,600m2 of Senior SPW 600 windows and SF 52 fully capped aluminium curtain walling supplied by Met-Fab Solutions Ltd.

The opening window vents include the senior Louvre guard feature with an inward opening vent behind a decorative screen, providing comfort for residents.
