The project

Hollis Croft Student Development, in the heart of the city centre, Sheffield. The student accommodation hub with nearly 1,000 beds across three sites, totals 40,000sqm. Kimpton Energy Solutions delivered the design and build Solutions £1.8m Design and Build Mechanical contract

This is an unusually tall buildings for the area. The Tower, a 19 storey building provides accommodation of 603 beds, will offer students an amazing view.

Met-Fab Solutions supplied 100’s of aluminium fabricated panels, powder coated in colours suited to the architect specification.
