Modern Offices Block over 110,000 sq ft
This project architect was Cooper Crowmar award winning international architecture practice. The building includes bronze anodised aluminium pressings supplied by Met-Fab Solutions.
Kirkstall Forge+1 developed by Commercial Estates Group (CEG), In corporation with the local authority, Leeds City Council.
Awards
- The building won the national award “Best Commercial Workplace in the UK” by the British Council for Offices (BCO) in 2018.
- It also won the “#PropertyWellbeingAward” for design features that boost occupant health (natural light, woodland views, etc.) Yorkshire Evening Post
